Does DevTest have OpenAPI 3.0 support? Not in terms of having support but results in losses. The VS refers to Swagger 2.0 specification. And it seems it is using that to still take the 3.0 spec and generate what's there in 2.0 spec, but misses out on the enhancements to the 3.0 spec.
