  • 1.  Only 500 entries displayed due to restrictions in UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS.

    Hello all -- 

    IN v 24.4..0.hf2 it seems the process monitor will only display 500 entries.  I have adjusted the value COMBINED_ACTIVITIES_LIMIT and GENERIC_ACTIVITIES_LIMIT  to 1000 and the 500 limit remains.

    I know the values are being used because when I set them to 100, the max display was 100.  Is there another value that needs to be adjusted?

    Support was able to reproduce the symptoms in both 24.4.0+hf.2 and 24.4.1.  This has been "...escalated to Backline to evaluate whether a workaround can be provided for this version."

    Any update on this?  I am seeing it in my sandbox environment and was hoping to upgrade our other environments in the next month.

    On July 30, 2025 I received this from Support:

    "...The issue has already been reported as a bug and will be fixed in the next release. We do not have an estimated time for the next version (or HF) at this moment.

    The issue has been confirmed to affect version 24.4.x."
