ONETIME Maintenance windows are not ending automatically

Hi Everyone,

I am using UIM 20.4 CU9 & Operator console version 20.4.9.0,

ONETIME Maintenance windows are not ending automatically after the scheduled time in operator console which is causing the servers to remain in maintenance even after the schedule & causing missing of important alerts.

I just tried deactivate & reactivate & restart of the maintenance_mode probe in UIM primary but it didn't work

What can be done to resolve it?

Hi Nihamathullah,

Do you see any errors in the maintenace_mode probe log file. Please upload the log file to review further. 

Also please verify if Primary Hub, OC robot and Database Servers are in same timezone.

Thanks for the reply, as i checked all the three servers are in same time zone.

I have uploaded maintenance_mode probe log file from Primary hub server, please check & advise.

Hi Nihamathullah,

 

I don't see any errors in the maintenance_mode log and also the start and end dates for schedules retrieved from DB.

 

We need to look into specific problematic schedules, please raise a case as it requires review on Database entries & Maintenance probe.
