Hello OM View Customers:
Locating specific bundles for reprint in OM View has been a challenge. Support teams, knowing only the report name and date, face a large, unfiltered list when forced to search by Bundle ID – often leading to hours sifting through thousands of daily datasets.
To drastically improve this process and enhance efficiency, we're introducing two key enhancements to the OM View Bundle Reprint Selection List:
- Description Filtering: Search for bundles directly by keywords or phrases found in their description (e.g., "SALES DEPARTMENT BUNDLE," "MONTH END BUNDLE"), making searches intuitive and fast.
- Intelligent Date Range Filtering: The selection list will now intelligently display only those bundles that contain reports available for print within your designated date range. For instance, if you select "today," you'll only see today's relevant bundles, rather than all bundles.
These powerful features will transform how critical reports are found and reprocessed. Expect resolution times to drop from hours to minutes, significantly boosting operational efficiency and ensuring a more responsive recovery process.
