not able to login to DevTest portal using LDAP

Hi Team,

We have configured DevTest with LDAP. When we try to login to portal/IAM/Enterprise dashboard, most of the times not able to login, no error but it keeps trying to login as shown below. But very few times it works. Tool version: 10.7.2

Could you please check and suggest.

Do you have any patches or service packs applied to your DevTest 10.7.2?

Can you provide the IAM server.log?  This log will show login errors.
