  • 1.  Not able to download Endpoint Protection from Broadcom site

    I am not able to download Symantec  Endpoint Protection versions 14.3.10 and .9 from the broadcom site. I get a red circle when trying to choose those from the site. All other versions are fine.

    Broadcom Support doesn't manage Support Portal access, so I would suggest you reach out to my Broadcom Customer Care team to assist with this issue.

    I have the same problem, like other users too. B. Customer Care redirected me to my vendor. Surely this should be a Broadcom Support issue.

    Hi Vas, 

    Thanks for responding.  When in doubt, reach out to the Broadcom Customer care team who will direct you further.  There are scenarios in which our customers are redirected elsewhere when a 3rd party reseller is involved.
