Non-SNMP monitoring in DX Netops Performance management.

We need to monitor non-SNMP devices from Element Management System such as ACME SBC, Huawei IMS etc.

According to DX Netops performance management documentations, a  "DevicePack" is required for this type of monitoring.

Can anyone please guide me on how to obtain device pack for non-snmp monitoring in DX Netops performance management? Or is there any other way non-SNMP device can be monitored?

I think that was in relation with the licensing part. The installation contains all the available DevicePacks. So just install it and you'll see there the available options. There's also the possibility to create your own custom devicepack.

Hi Rohit,

Dx NetOps Mediation Manager is the product of the suite to integrate non-SNMP devices into DX NetOps Performance Manager.

The standard device packs are packaged with the Dx NetOps Mediation Manager.

The entitlement to use it depends on your licensing. If you share the SKU in your contract we can let you know if you are entitle to use it.
