New install - Java Exception running DB Load

I'm building new servers for v24.4.0 on Windows 2022. I'm at the point I need to run DB Load, but I instantly receive a dialog box from 'Java Virtual Machine Launcher' with message 'A Java Exception has occurred'.  No log file generated in .\utility\temp folder. 

Request: Suggestions on further troubleshooting would be helpful.

Not an administrator rights issue

Tried latest C++ redistributable 14.42.34438 and the one supplied in the download 14.40.33810.

Tried Java JRE 1.8.0.441 and 431.

Tried both Automic v24.3.0 and v24.4.0.

Reproduced the error on multiple servers.

Copied v24 Utility folder to a working v21 server and DB Load goes to the same error.

Copied v21 Utility folder to the new server and DB Load runs correctly. (shows only having an issue with v24)

please be aware that v24.4 needs a Java 17 runtime environment (or higher) e.g. https://adoptium.net/

I see, installed the full Oracle JDK 21 and am now able to successfully run DB Load. Adoptium/Temurin requires review by several groups at my org before we can switch over to it.

Thank you for the quick response. 

/Found that Automic v24.4.0. has "issues" with Oracle JDK 24.
