Christos, on the homepage of this Gen EDGE Community there are Helpful Links. I have included a link to the support portal page with the list of Gen's Mainframe PTFs. is this what you are looking for?
Also, once a week Siva, the Gen engineering manager, posts a list of new PTFs. Have you seen Siva's posts? Is that information useful? Are your Community notification settings on so you get emails when he posts?

Ideally, every customer will install every PTF when available. This keeps your Gen™ system up to date with small changes that have a clear scope of impact. However, we understand that not all customers have automation to support this high level of change frequency. In that case, you may need to prioritize which PTFs you install. This blog will help you set those priorities.
