NAS takes like 10 minutes to connect and send queues...!!!

Hi community...!!!!

I have recently seen that the NAS of my UIM system, when I make a change and hit apply/restart, synchronizes on average 3 minutes, connects, but takes about 10 minutes to send queues...!!! I see that at that time the NAS probe increases CPU consumption, but does not saturate the server resources.

 

What do you recommend I do?

Hi there,

It looks like your Alarm Enrichment probe isn't processing anything either as there is a massive queue. 

Firstly, do you ever have zero in the AE and NAS queues? How long had it taken to build those queues?

It looks like you have a massive throughput which could be part of the problem.

It that queue just built up while the NAS is restarting ? 

What is your total number of current alarms?

Do you have many Auto Operators? Do you use lua scripts?

What is your Alarm throughput? (check in the hub under the subject and total count for hub uptime)

Just a few questions to start off with...
