We are monitoring servers via sysedge agent in CA Ehealth. I am looking for answers on how to resolve "Mount not available" issue.
We have a case where a certain mount point "/var/opt/BESClient" causes mount point not available alerts mostly when a server is rebooted.
On checking, we find that as per ehealth "index" of this mount point is changed and post rediscovery alert gets cleared !
As per the unix team, no change takes place and this is a static mount point like others on the server.
If anyone can help to understand what exactly needs to be looked upon in this case.
