    Can we monitor SonicWall, SBC and Avaya devices through DX NetOps portfolio? Please suggest which component is suitable for these devices.

    Hi Eshwar,

    it depends on the devices capabilities.

    • if they support SNMP, then I would proceed with Spectrum and PM. In this link, you can verify if their MIBs are certified. In case you cannot find them, then you can ask for a certification in Broadcom Support.

    Note: I recommend to search by sysObjetID (value returned by OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2)

    • if they don't support SNMP, then I would recommend Mediation Manager. It seems there are some device packs for SBC
