    Hi,

I have deployed PAM 4.1.2 at one of our customer and I have observed that PAM UA services such as 'pam-activemq', 'pam-eventforwarder, 'pam-loginintegration', 'pam-policyorchestrator' and 'pam-tibco' goes offline without any changes to PAM or PAM UA. Restarting mentioned services do not help but removing PAM UA from UA group and re-adding it help to restore services. My question is-

Is there any way I can monitor these service status and get notified when its changing its state?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi Pravin - would it be possible to upgrade to a later version of PAM?

After I applied the 4.1.6 update these services were a lot more stable.  4.1.7 should show at least equivalent stability, but I haven't applied that one yet.

That doesn't directly answer your question, but the need to monitor would reduce if the problem doesn't occur in the first place.

    Hi Robert,

I am already convincing customer to get it upgraded to latest version but do not have firm answer about services functionality mentioned in latest release. This is strange that we do not have any provision to monitor services either by self or third party. If any configuration settings which can notify me about services state change would be great help to save product at customer site.
