Modify User/Usergroup execute actions

The customer has a requirement that a user allow ONLY to execute an object - Right click - execute only (no other options).

It is not possible to hide the menu items in AWI based on users, but the customer could set Authorizations on the user object to only allow read and execute actions for certain object types or even object names. In this case, when the user performs other actions an error will be displayed.

Authorizations on object types and names wouldn't work.

They still need to execute the object. But not the other options

please explain the background of this requirement, why does the customer not want users to use those options? Maybe that will enable us to suggest an alternative solution.

We have configured a catalog for the customers' Finance team where they allowed to execute a workflow (as indicated in the attached screenshot). The customer wants the Finance user to ONLY execute an object(workflow). 

They are not allowed to "Execute Once" or "Execute Recurring" or "Restart an object".
