MMHOME environment variable must be defined in the environment source file.

    Hi all,

I have a strange situation where randomly a Oracle Retail RA Agent batch job will fail to source the environment profile. The profile is set on the agent itself, I can see the stdout of the profile being sourced on the agent startup. Likewise I can see the specific batch job sourcing the same environment profile in the log for its execution. On occasion though that profile sourcing returns a blank stdout and the job will fail with the error "MMHOME environment variable must be defined in the environment source file.".

Attached are log files for the exact same job, with nothing changed. 1 works and sets the profile correctly, the other failed.

Has anyone come across this issue before? Any ideas on why it's happening and how it can be resolved?

    Regards

    Cameron

    Hi all,

Just giving this a bump in case it was missed. We do have a case raised but hoping someone has come across this before.

    Regards
