  • 1.  Masking job failed(CA TDM Portal) due to connection error

    Hi,

    I executed the masking job in CA TDM Portal but job got failed, below is the error i found.

    org.springframework.web.client.HttpServerErrorException$InternalServerError: 500 : "404 : "{"status":404,"errorCode":"profileNotFound","errorMsg":"Connection profile not found.","errorDetail":"Connection profile was not found or not shared or is not compatible. Oracle profiles must use an EZConnect String and other profiles must be DSN-Less.","timestamp":"2024-04-11T09:10+0000"}""
    So kindly help here to resolve.

    This means that there is something wrong on your server and the page you were seeking is not found. Most probably the server is down or the services are down for some reason/s. Login to the server and check if the portal is running or not. Restart the portal services and after 5 minutes (after restart) check if the Portal services have come up or not. Try your portal call again.

    Hi Mahantesh,

    Here are a KB articles I found that might help. Although this is related to publishing and not masking.

      Please open a support case by going to https://support.broadcom.com. We need to know what build release of TDM Portal you're using, and it might also help to have a call so we can look at the Oracle connection profile you're using. I'm curious, have you tried the same connection profile in FDM, and if so, does it work with FDM? Also, you might try creating a new connection profile in TDM Portal to see if the new profile works.
