None of passwords works now.
Broadcom portal password(which is working on Broadcom portal), neither old BC portal passwords are working.
Case was already logged last week (27th of the January) on Broadcom portal - {Case#36090901}.
Fun fact: Tech supp didnt even know that there is ongoing maintenance on support.nimsoft.com to archieve working solution ;)
I will try to reset password for Broadcom portal, then I will get back to inform you here.

The maintenance was successfully completed. Till 7th Feb, both the old credentials as well as the new credentials created at Broadcom portal should work. After that, the old credentials would stop working.
For now, please try with both sets of credentials and let us know if either of them work. If not, you may open a support case for tracking while we investigate potential issues.

to be honest I did not see any announcement about the fact that support.nimsoft.com will not be included in same maintenance window as the main broadcom support portal.
These days where ITs use password managers and dont store previous passwords, it would be really helpful, because activation steps in the link you shared, made support.nimsoft.com account unavailable because of wrong password.
Next time would be fine to let people know what could happen.

As part of the changes in the authentication technology used at Broadcom, support.nimsoft.com will be under maintenance and unavailable on Sunday, February 2, 2025, from 7 AM GMT to 10 AM GMT. If you have already completed the activation steps listed in this article, after this maintenance, you can start using your new credentials for support.nimsoft.com as well. You DO NOT need to undertake the activation steps again. Your old (existing) credentials will stop working on 7th February 2025.
