Logs not generating after windows agent got disconnected.

Hello Community,

A Windows agent disconnected unexpectedly due to a connection error. Attempts to restart the service were unsuccessful, and no logs were being generated.

I created a new temp folder and renamed old temp folder, then restarted the service, after that agent started without any errors.

What could be the cause for this issue?

The Agent you are referring to is V21 agent ?
