LiveCD for scan offline for threats

Are there any tools available, even paid ones from Broadcom(Symantec) that in the event of a machine infection (0day threat) - Scribe Report For Tracking #OUZ50266275 - will allow you to create a LiveCD with the current virus database?

There used to be SERT but unfortunately it is no longer available for download :(

would be indeed nice to have the possibility to create from SEPM a "media kit" i.e. create an usb that boots a cold scan environment with all updated to recent signatures...
