  • 1.  Limitation of selecting all the lines on linux terminal through PAM

    Hello Team,

When a user is trying select lines to copy through the mouse on the Linux terminal, the selected part disappeared when he scrolls down the terminal to copy rest of the lines. Please let me know if there are some limitations on PAM that users cannot select all the lines.

    Regards,
    Neeraj

Hello Neeraj, I assume you talk about the mindterm client, which is the built-in SSH client that is launched when you click on the SSH access method on the access page. There is no "Ctrl-a" functionality to select all text. But I had no problem scrolling up while keeping the mouse pressed and copying several hundred lines out using PAM 4.0.3. Is that not working for you? At one point you will run into a buffer limit, but a few hundred lines should be no problem.

    Hello Ralf,

User is trying to select all the lines from top to bottom which requires scrolling and once he scrolls, previous selection gets unselected. Please advice.

    Regards,
    Neeraj

Hi Neeraj, I can only say that I did the same and it worked for me.
