LDAP Intermittent login issue

Hello CAWA Gurus, 

We have recently added LDAP configuration on our 12.3, the LDAP works fine. But randomly in a day, we get CAWA login issues while accessing with LDAP account. The tool won't be accessible for 20-30 mins and then, we might get a login to the DE tool. During this time, we can't even access the DE tool with local accounts. Network connectivity to LDAP is fine. LDAP side no issues.  Need suggestions on how to troubleshoot further.

We did not hear such type of problem before. Can you please raise a ticket for this as we need to investigate logs further.
