We've added a new utility to the Layer7 Community GitHub repo!
Though the ever increasing flexibility and capability of Layer7's policy language and out-of-the-box policy assertions has greatly diminished the need for custom assertions over time, they are still a valid way of extending the API Gateway's capabilities with custom Java code and possibly useful third party libraries.
The Layer7 API Management Custom Assertion Plugin makes it very quick and easy to build new custom assertions for the Layer7 API Gateway using the Eclipse IDE.
Important: Like all utilities shared in the community repo, if this utility has an issue, please do not contact Broadcom support. This utility is provided as-is. Please communicate via comments, pull requests and emails to the author of the utility if you have any issues or questions.
