Knowledge Base articles - Error 404

Hey all,

I may go crazy but it looks like vast majority of the KB articles are no longer available. 
I have several in my bookmarks and also the link with the Main List with indexes for the KBs by year/month.

I can no longer access them, it leading directly to error page with 404 error.
Few of them i was able to access as I had them in the cash but the others - not possible.

Do you experience the same issue?
As an example :

Yes, I'm experiencing the same issue.

Two weeks ago, I was able to access article 251237 on multi-factor-authentication-in-awi.

Now I get the 404 - Page Not Found error.

Answer from Support:

"Broadcom is doing a refresh of all of its knowledge articles which may impact knowledge availability. "

Hello All,

As mentioned in the Support case, we are going through a refresh of all articles.  We are prioritizing those that are looked at the most, but this will understandably take some time.  Some of the links above will work again now:

@Christoph Rekers - I looked at the case you opened and this one is also now available again - JCP log file indicates the use of weak ciphers.

As we are going through a refresh of all articles, the main list of articles will take some more time before it is available again.

Hi @Mitch Denis.

I suggest that when there is an outage (planned or unplanned), Broadcom could inform customers and partially alleviate their concerns by putting a banner across the top of all Broadcom Support pages, notifying users of the current status, and optionally where they can go to find more information..
