The JDE agent has 2 connection objects associated with it. one is the default ID/PW for JDE. The other is the jdbc connection to the database where the F986110 table is. Make sure that connection is good and, if you can monitor from the DB side. Make sure that connection is established when the agent starts. If this connection is lost, it can prevent the polling to see if a job completes
