Job Causes Unexpected Reboot During Imaging Process

Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing a recurring issue while using Symantec Ghost Solution Suite. When I attempt to run a job to recreate an image on a client machine, the computer unexpectedly reboots during the process. I can successfully connect to the client via PXE, and the initial stages of the imaging process seem to begin without any apparent issues. However, shortly after, the system restarts, which prevents me from completing the imaging task.

If anyone has experienced similar issues or has advice on additional troubleshooting steps, it would be helpful.

What version of GSS are you using? if using 3.3RU10 or older the issue has been fixed in RU11. However if you are using PXE then please upgrade to release 3.3.12 ad there was an issue with the mtftp service
