Hi team,
We are currently facing an issue with one of the JDE jobs. The job has successfully completed in JDE; however, in Automic, it continues to show as active.
We have already reviewed the job, workflow, and agent logs but were unable to identify the root cause.
Note : Last time, we created a thread for the same issue and were advised to use the latest available version of RA JD Edwards, which is v2.2.8. However, even after upgrading, we are still encountering the same issue.
