please make sure to use the latest available version of RA JD Edwards which is v2.2.8 which was released in January 2025.

Also make sure that all the other involved components such as AE or AWI are on an up-to-date version (v21.0.14 or v24.4.1).
If you are already using the latest published versions, please get in contact with Support to open a ticket. Otherwise update/upgrade your system and check if the problem still exists.

Hi team,
We are currently facing an issue with one of the JDE jobs. The job has successfully completed in JDE; however, in Automic, it continues to show as active.
We have already reviewed the job, workflow, and agent logs but were unable to identify the root cause.

We encountered similar behavior with other JDE jobs earlier this week.
