Issue with Display of Created 3D Secure Channel Rule in Rule Builder

Hi All,

I've noticed that the rule created for the 3D Secure channel is not appearing under the saved rules in the Rule Builder when 'All Channels' is selected. Could any one please provide guidance on the required steps to resolve it?
