With the significant functionality being delivered with Datacom, it can sometimes be a daunting task to plan and implement new functionality at your site. Our Datacom team has been working 1-on-1 with Datacom customers using Embrace Open Workshops to assist in the planning and implementation for the new functionality.
Sometimes the Embrace Open Workshops are conducted as a single meeting where a Subject Matter Expert (SME) goes over the functionality and interactively works with the customer team to answer questions and establish best practices for the implementation. Sometimes the workshops are spread across multiple sessions where the implementation involves multiple environments or more complex technologies.
In each case where I have been involved with the workshops, I have gained a much better understanding of the customers' challenges and I believe that the customer team has gained a much better insight to the technology and the way forward. A win-win for everyone involved.
