Is there command line or API to update the Local Bad Senders?

Hey everyone. Someone outside of my team wants me to give them access to update the Local Bad Senders list, but I can't do it without allowing them to manage policies.

Is there a way to update the Local Bad Senders via command line or an API ?

As far as I know it cannot be done. Another feature request for more granularity.
