InterTest™ CICS - Support added for CICSPlex debugging with Code4z

New feature (PTFs LU15993, LU15994, LU15995, LU15996) for InterTest™ CICS v11 has been released! 

It provides backend support for debugging applications in the multi region high-availability PLEX environments, when developers do not know to which AOR region the program is routed to and only certain CICS regions have outbound TCP/IP connection configured.

The CAICCI protocol is utilized as an alternative to the TCP/IP protocol for communication between individual CICS regions and the InterTest Server.
