Hello Web Viewer r12.1 Customers!
I have an important update for you:
As Broadcom prepares to introduce favorites in Web Viewer r14 in 2025, we are working on a tool that will export your r12.1 favorites and export rules into XML files. These files will be used to import your settings into r14.
If you remove your r12.1 system before running the tool, we won't be able to migrate your favorites and export rules, and they will need to be recreated manually in r14.
Key takeaway: Please keep your r12.1 system running until the tool is available for export. I will provide an update once the tool is ready.
