HI Miller, with the sql_response probe you should be able to connect to a MySQL DB using an ODBC connection. Have you tested it?

Marco and Stephen, i thinked that isn't supported because i didn't see on documentation "mysql", only db2, informix, oracle. sql server, sysbase.

So, I understanding that is possible with a ODBC connection. What information or configuration we need for to create th connection? Is necessary to create s DSN ? Sorry is my first configuraiton of this type...!!!

Right now only i requested the user_id and password to the mysql dbaadmin.

    Hi Miller,

Do a web search on how to create an ODBC connection.

    Hi Partners.

I managed to do this configuration by following the steps in this URL, to create the DSN connection:

    https://medium.com/@ishfaqmughal80/step-by-step-guide-creating-mysql-odbc-connection-in-windows-and-integrating-with-ibm-ace-11-for-e408314c0f3a#:~:text=Navigate%20to%20the%20ODBC%20Data,Data%20Sources%2064%2Dbit).&text=In%20the%20System%20DSN%20(System,8.3%20Unicode%20Driver%2C%20click%20finish.&text=%E2%80%94%20The%20Create%20New%20Data%20Source%20dialog%20box%20opens.

Additionality you can to use this KB like example of configuration...

The mysql probe currently doesn't support custom checkpoints. You can enter an Idea (enhancement request).

How to raise an enhancement request for DX UIM

As Marco mentioned you should be able to connect to MySQ Ldatabase using an ODBC connection and then use whatever query you need to run.
