  • 1.  How to activate "Create an Event instead of an Incident" in sdgtw probe

    Hi Eeveryone.
     
    I have integrated UIM with ServiceNow without problem but now we need to create event instead of an incident...
     
    According to the documentation, I should only change the key "event_on_severity_change" to "true", but i don't see in SN that create an event...
    I need to change or consider other options....?
