I would like to inquire whether it is possible to retrieve details of quarantined emails in Symantec Messaging Gateway (SMG) via the API. We are planning to integrate SMG with DLP, and emails will be quarantined if they match specific content filters defined in DLP.
My primary questions are:
- Can we use the API to fetch information about quarantined emails?
- Is it possible to release quarantined emails through the API?
