We are pleased to announce that NetOps Network Configuration Manager (NCM) 24.3.10 is now available.
Enhancements
- Support for OpenSSH 9.x devices.
- Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.10, 9.3, 9.4, and 9.5.
- The framework for Web Services API is changed to Apache CXF.
- JMX console is replaced with Hawtio Web console.

Upgrade Information
The Upgrade NCM documentation includes the following high-level categories, each containing capability-specific upgrade information:
- Upgrade using graphical installer or console installer mode
- Post upgrade procedures
- Add distributed system hosts for remote servers
- Reset the JMX password
- Reapply customizations to the system-config.xml file
- Retain RSA users after the NCM upgrade
End of Service Announcement
In keeping with evolving software industry practice, NetOps Product Management now communicates the End of Service date for each release at the time of release. This change allows you greater flexibility in your upgrade planning process.
In accordance with the Broadcom Support Policies, please consider this email your written notification that we are discontinuing support for the NetOps NCM version 10.1.13, along with respective service packs, cumulative patches, and supported languages, effective 31st December 2025. After December 31, 2025, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.
