you need to launch the JOBF froma an agent but the destination can be an UNC path (
\\server\dir\
in process:
:PUT_ATT FT_SRC_HOST = &SERVER#
:PUT_ATT FT_DST_HOST = &SERVEUR#
:PUT_ATT FT_SRC_FILE = "c:\dir1\file"
:PUT_ATT FT_DST_FILE = "\\server2\dir\file"

Another option is to have login setup with the correct permissions on the from/to servers, and use that to move the files.
