  • 1.  Fetch Device list from Spectrum which are not responded for last 3 Months

    Hi Community,

    Is there a way that we can get list of devices which are not responding to SNMP or ICMP in Spectrum for last 3 months or more? Please suggest!

    We have last successful poll attribute.

    May be you want to use that to get this information.

    Dear Sunny,

    Thank you for your response.

    I found database query to fetch device list using last successful poll attribute but there is mismatch for last successful poll between SRM database and Oneclick Console view.

    Is it some thing like SRM database sync with Archive Manager every 24 hours if yes, can we change the interval to get real time data to SRM DB? Please sugest!

    Hi Eshwar,

    No, you cannot change the update/sync interval. The reporting db is for historical data, not for real-time data.
