I asked for that same feature years ago.

Yes, I know that it's there if I click on the recipient but my proposition was that it also could be displayed on that initial report so I can see at first glance which of these emails is failed and don't have to click through all of them to find the one which has failed.

Where do I see it? The report is like on image below. No column with the icon which shows the result

You see in the audit logs the green success icon or blue icon. That was my idea and they added it. I asked for the logs to show success and fail on the main logs page over 6 years ago. They never did it. [Image.png]

It's a couple of years and things are still the same. We had a problem where external user said that they sent a email but recipient hadn't received yet. So our support person went and looked at message audit logs and sure, there were emails from that person and Action column showed "Deliver message normally" for every email. Only after I instructed person to click through every email there they find out which delivery was actually "Failed". It would be really helpful if Message Audit log report would also show the column with Delivery result. If it was Successful, In the Queue or Failed.

I had a case little while ago where I thought that SMG had problem because emails were refused with 554 policy violation and I didn't figure out what policy and where it was violated. Problem was another server but SMG also had its own problem. If I looked messages with MAL I got list of messages which all were supposedly OK.
<Date> date <From> sender <To> recipient <Subject> subject <Verdict(s)> None <Action(s)> Deliver message normally
Only if I knew exact date and time I then clicked on correct entry and in details I could see
Failed Details
Delivery Failure | Failure Time | Details | Recipient |
Attempted Delivery to: server>:25 | Thursday, Nov 09, 2023 08:55:52 AM EET | 554 policy violation. email session id: {654c8278-8-ba298c31-fbb51278} | recipient |
Problem is that there is no SMG policy violations and actions, it's normal e-mail but it gets error at first steps when sending email to another server. It does not deliver email but sends back its own NDR to the sender so the Action - Deliver message normally - is misleading. It would be really good to see some options to sort out/distinguish such messages in MAL. For now it can only be found out when some people complain that they did not get email and I go and search all e-mails from sender and then click through them to see details.
