The Time Bound Composite Assertion (or Run All Assertions within Bounded Time) is a composite assertion that limits the execution time of its child assertions within the specified time. It allows users greater control of long running assertions or policies.
The HTTP route assertion has been enhanced to work with it specifically (by supporting cancellations), but it can work in a more limited way with other assertions (by returning control back to the parent policy even if some of its child assertions continue to run to completion).
