Hi Community,
is someone experienced with Escalation Policy Schedules. We have a requirement that Escalation Policies should not run on a particular Saturday where a maintenance Window is scheduled between 8:00 AM and 18:00 PM so that no ServiceDesk Tickets are created during this time. In SOI Escalation Policy Schedules we can only configure when the Policy should be active but not when it should be not active. Maybe someone went through this already and can share his/her experience.
