Some questions to distinguish between a user or a computer/browser related problem.:
Q1) What happens if another user logs into AWI on the same computer and same browser?
Q2) What happens if the same user uses another computer to log in?
Q3) What happens if the same user uses another browser on the same computer to log in?
Q4) What happens if you delete the browser's cache and reload AWI by using e.g. CTRL+F5 ?
Q5) What happens if the private/incognito mode of the browser is used?
For me it looks like a browser related problem as JavaScript is mentioned.

Hi team,
One of our user reported a issue with us, when he tries to open a jobp in monitoring window he is getting an error window popping up on the screen as shown in the below pic

But this is not happing with all of us, when we try to open the same it is not showing any error window.
If you have any idea on this please help us.
