I have CA Service Catalog 17.4.0.0.26 integrated with IT Process Automation 04.4.00 build 04.4.100.
In the Integration settings the test runs successfully and in Process Automation I can see the test processes run successfully too.
When in CA Service Catalog, I try to create a new action in the Events-Rules-Actions I get the following error when searching for the Start Request Form.

Also in the view.log file I get this:

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
