I believe the portal.conf file points to the license file location so you would need to update that license file if your currently license is no longer valid.

Subject: Error - invalid license when trying to migrate from PostgreSQL to MySQL
Current environment:
Gateway version: 9.4
API Portal version: 4.5
Appliance Gateway (CentOS 7.6)
Upgrade plan:
1. Migrate API portal data from PostgreSQL to MySQL 5.7 and later to MySQL 8.0
2. Gateway upgrade 9.4 to 10 and later to 11
3. Migrate from Appliance gateway to software gateway with RHEL OS
Encountered this error while running the PostgreSQL to MySQL migration.
I believe the invalid license is the gateway license, but I am not sure which license should I apply, if I have both Gateway and API Portal license. The only reference I have on API Portal licensing is Proper License for API Portal 4.x but it did not mention how to apply the license.
Help please. Thank you.
Regards,
Ain
