Error in unix job

Hi Community,

I am getting below error in the unix job, have gone through the below kb and applied the resolution steps which did not work. Can I know the cause and resolution for this.

With a connection timed out error message. I would start by looking at the local firewall on the agent server for port 2300 and ensure its allowed, or whichever port you have defined in your Agents ini file., then if nothing found have the network firewalls checked.
