Error in SAP agent (in testing for migration to v24)

Hello everyone,
We are in the pre-testing phase of agents before moving to production v24 from v12.3.

We are experiencing an error with SAP Agent. We created a job, and when we run it, it remains in the active state, unfinished.
It seems that the process call is not visible in SAP.

I am attaching a screenshot with the execution and log.

The agent is not able to resolve or connect to saprh.imi.bcn
Please double check the parameters in the CONN object which is assigned to the agent in client 0. Make sure the agent host is able to resolve saprh.imi.bcn. Get in touch with the SAP team to verify all the connection parameters? Maybe you have to set up SNC? Make sure you have a compatible sapjco.

Thanks, Markus. We just installed CONN.R3.RHD (it's the one we used in
v12.3 for that SAP client). It works in v12.3, so it should work, but
when it's executed, it stays in the state I attached in the screenshot.

Hi Santiago,

it stays in that state, because the agent is not able to connect to SAP. The name of the system is RHD, so is the server name saprh or saprhd?
Kindly confirm all the points which I listed.
