Error in CC&B related jobs in UC4.

Hello fellow, I need your help in solving the issue I have encountered when running CC&B related jobs in UC4. I have duplicated our PROD client to another client id for UAT. It did successfully finished without any issue. However when I tried to run any jobs, it would return an error that says,2024-03-13 22:32:52 - U00020408 BATCH_CD: F1-FLUSH

2024-03-13 22:32:52 - U00020408 SCHEDULER_ID 0
2024-03-13 22:32:52 - U00020408 ERROR: No scheduler_id found
2024-03-13 22:32:52 - U00020512 'Status_Text' modified from 'POOLDONE' to 'ERROR: No scheduler_id found'.

Did I missed something? but its quite weird because if you check the job on cc&b it did run and finished successfully. It's just in automic that the job failed. I hope you will be able to help.

difficult to understand the error cause based on the rare informations.

1. What kind of Agent do you use.
2.  Is this the excerpt from the agent log, or is it the report of a job. 
3. Does the message windows show any additional information.
4. How do you copy the client? With automic AE DB Client Copy?

Without knowing any further information an advice, before you use client copy, read the manual chapter AE DB Client Copy . There is a special note that is easily overlooked:

"If no password is defined there, the default system password pass is set at the copying process."

Maybe that's the point you should start inverstigating.

Thank you on this. I have just redo the client copy and it works fine already. sorry this thread should be in Q&A. but anyway thanks everyone for your responses.

i Believe the logs you pasted here is post processing log, check activation and REP logs .

as per my understanding there should some active threads in CCB you need to check with CCB DBA team for the same and if needed do the cleanup.
