Try removing 'Deep Clean' option and check if that helps.  This option is intended to remove the robot from the target device, and works on robot 23.4.2 or higher. So if this Device is not also a 23.4.2+ robot that could be related.

    Hey Miller,

I do not think that there is a new ACL change between CU1 and CU4 for this specifically, but it may be a good idea to open a case so we can take a look.

    Hi Miller,

This article I wrote some time ago on the subject may help, otherwise this could be a bug in 23.4.4 so we would have to manage it through a new case/defect, especially if we can reproduce it

I would also recommend to check the operatorconsole.log (found in /Nimsoft/probes/service/wasp/) when this error occurs as there may be more specific details related to the cause of the failure.

When i explored the logs of the operator console, see that the error was a permission.
