    Could you give me the end of support dates for the products below on Z/OS:

    CA 1 OSI/Common
    CA IDMS TP Option for CICS 18.5
    CA Management Services 6.7.0
    CA Management Services 7.6.0
    CA Management Services 8.1.0

    All lifecycle and EOL information is available on the support site. You can use this article to find your way.
    If you're a SYSVIEW customer, you can also use the PRODLIFE command.

    Hi Micka,

    Indeed, Broadcom has a great, up-to-date Product Lifecycle page, but it doesn't seem to address Alain's specific question, likely because these are options or components rather than standalone products. Russell's response covers CA 1 OSI/Common. I couldn't find answers for CA Management Services, but based on this KB, IDMS TP Option for CICS appears to be a subcomponent of IDMS Base. If that's correct, the Product Lifecycle page shows IDMS 18.5 for z/OS went out of support on 31-Dec-2020. This is just based on available information, so I'd recommend checking with someone familiar with these components.

    CA 1 Flexible Storage (formerly CA 1 Tape Management) is a product that is still being developed, enhanced and is fully supported. It has a couple of components (OSI and Common Tape Services) that it shares with TLMS. There are multiple releases (14.0 and 15.0 are the current releases). Older releases (12.6 and 12.0) are both out-of-service at this time.

    Hi Alain,
    just a note about CA Management Services. This is a common component for NetMaster or Solve products and each CA Management Services release is related to a specific version of a NetMaster or Solve product.

    So, in your case:

    • CA Management Services 6.7.0  ---> Solve:Access Session Management 5.0 (no EOS date yet)
    • CA Management Services 7.6.0  ---> NetMaster 12.1 (EOS date 31-Dec-2020)
    • CA Management Services 8.1.0  ---> NetMaster 12.2 (no EOS date yet but NetMaster 13.0 is already available)
