The AIOps and Observability from Broadcom team is proud to announce the General Availability of DX Operational Intelligence 23.3 and DX APM 23.3. With many of the 23.3 enhancements already used in production at DX SaaS customers, the team has received great validation from our customer contacts!
The DX OI 23.3 enhancements focus on personalizing the service observability and alarm management workflows for enterprises and new configurations for service health, connector self-monitoring, metrics-based alerts, and many more. We also added significant capabilities to extend KPI-based service observability through Service Level Indicators and Service Level Objectives.
